Implement Bubble Sort in Java.

*Bubble Sort:
           Bubble Sort is the simplest sorting algorithm that works by repeatedly swapping the adjacent elements if they are in wrong order.

    // logic to sort the elements

                    swapNumbers(i, k, array);

Implement a class CppArray which is identical to a one-dimensional C++ array (i.e., the index set is a set of consecutive integers starting at 0) except for the following : 1.
